I’m Jessica Beeching. I started dealing with chronic pain at age ten and quickly learned the mainstream medical system had almost nothing useful to offer. So I went out and found what actually works: John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, targeted breath work, and hard-tested self-care methods that don’t require endless appointments or pills.

I’ve spent the last two decades using these tools on myself first — getting out of constant pain, rebuilding my energy, and taking back control of my life. Everything I teach now has already been battle-tested on me. No theories, no trendy nonsense — just techniques that deliver measurable relief fast and keep working long-term.
