How long will I have to continue treatment?
Treatment can be a focused 10 session series or ongoing weekly, bi-weekly or monthly support. I generally suggest weekly for at least a month until you learn the techniques, how and when to use them and get into the habit of using them regularly.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, no, but many FSA and HSA plans will reimburse you. Check if your plan requires a referral or prescription. Services may also qualify for tax deductible healthcare or contract expense, check with your tax advisor.
Will I get instructions or do we do it together?
We do it together! Each session is interactive! We explore what you are feeling, why we hold stretches the way we do, and answer all your questions along the way.

Michele has struggled with years of Achilles tendonitis. Multiple rounds of physio, strength exercises, stretching routines, anti-inflammatories, creams, custom orthotics — nothing moved the needle.
One hour on zoom with me and a simple foam roller is all it took,
We used gentle John F. Barnes Myofascial Release techniques, letting her body show exactly where the restrictions were and how they were pulling on the rest of the leg. In that single session she went from severe cramping the moment she pointed her toes… to full, relaxed pointe with zero pain or tension.
It’s not a miracle cure — tendonitis this old doesn’t vanish overnight — but now she has straightforward, repeatable tools she can use at home to keep the pain down and mobility up for good. No more temporary fixes. Real control

Testimonials
Marti has been working with me as I have found my way from Massage therapy, into Myofascial Release and now she is a Coaching client! This is what she had to say about working with me:
I have known Jessica Beeching since 2012. During this time, she has taught me how to take care of myself and my body. I suffer from a herniated disc in my L5 S1 and a fused Coccyx at the S1 S2 area. I have also had several major surgeries. Knowing all these things Jessica has been able to teach me how to work out or work through the pains/stiffness/puffiness and so on that I might have. She has even done specific research for specific conditions/challenges I have faced. She has taught me that gentle stretches, and holds are better for the body. That our bodies need to be cared for gently to hold on to the work that we are doing with it. But I think most importantly, what I have learned and continue to learn from Jessica is that the body is connected in ways that we don’t realize.
Jessica has taught me how to work through upper back discomfort from working at a computer by using things that are available in my office or at my office building. She has also taught me that how important my breathing is and how when I am stressed, I hold my breathe which lends to an increase in my stress and how it has a domino effect on my body. Very recently, I have been experiencing fluid in my and around my ankles. Jessica taught me how to move the fluid from my ankles and back into my system to have it work its way out of my body.
Knowing that I can go to her to learn how to care for my body has made all the difference in my life. Had I not learned how to care for my back or my knees or my shoulders from her, I would be leading a very different life. However, due to this education and my ability to put it into action, I am a very mobile and active 55 y/o female!
